Our training programs are conducted through our registered training centre, which is accredited by SETA and TDF, guaranteeing adherence to high standards and industry recognition. Beyond meeting PSIRA requirements, our training is customised to align with client-specific site procedures, job descriptions, and standing orders. An extensive induction program assesses each employee’s aptitude and competency before contract commencement, and their procedural knowledge is continuously evaluated on-site. Performance is meticulously monitored by Trident management to maintain our rigorous standards. Additionally, we conduct integrity testing through PSIRA registration, voice stress analysis pre-employment, and the IDECO database to ensure consistent morals and values and detect any deterioration.

Security Officers Recruitment and Selection Policy

Our integrity testing process ensures rigorous security measures at each site, with comprehensive documentation that includes PSIRA registration, IDECO biometric testing, SAPS background checks, detailed pre-employment checks, and ITC checks before employment. We also conduct random polygraph tests every three months and complete team-wide testing annually to maintain the highest standards of integrity.

Client-Specific Trained Security Guards

Our highly trained security guards receive client-specific training, are well-versed in SOPs, and excel in emergency response, including evacuations and First Aid, ensuring calm professionalism in handling any situation.
